Privacy Policy | PS Sansara Howrah

This policy explains how ARFL REALTY FIRST ("ARFL", "we") handles personal data collected on sansara-howrah.com. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.

What we collect

Details you give us: name, mobile number with country code, email, preferred configuration, budget, preferred visit date and any message.
Enquiry context: the page you submitted from, the type of enquiry, the landing page, referring website and campaign tags (UTM parameters and ad click IDs such as gclid or fbclid).
Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address (used only to stop abuse) and your browser type.
Analytics and ads data: only if you accept cookies (see below).

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email, as you consented on the form.
To share price sheets, brochures, floor plans and site visit details for Sansara.
To pass your enquiry to the developer's sales team when you ask for a site visit or booking support.
To measure which pages and campaigns bring useful enquiries.
To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.

Who we share it with

We share your details with PS Group (the developer) only when needed to arrange a site visit or to progress your enquiry. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive analytics and advertising data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last interaction, or longer if the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

Cookies and tracking

The site works without non-essential cookies. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through . The interactive Google Map on the location page loads only when you click to load it, and Google may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done. Write to our grievance contact at info@arfl.in with the subject "Privacy request – Sansara Howrah". We will respond within the time set by law. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Form data travels over HTTPS and is stored outside the public web folder with restricted access. No method is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
