Images and plans

All images are artist impressions or sample interior renders taken from the developer's brochure. They are not photographs of the finished project. Apartments are handed over in bare-shell condition as per the developer's specifications. Furniture, fixtures, décor and finishes in renders are illustrative. Plans and maps are not to scale.

Prices and areas

Price ranges are as published on the developer's website on 25 October 2026, which states that they include GST, additional charges and parking. Stamp duty and registration are extra. Prices and availability can change at any time. Areas (carpet, balcony, built-up and super built-up) are taken from the developer's brochure. Carpet area is as defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The final area and price are those in the agreement for sale.

Amenities and timelines

Amenities are listed from the brochure master plan and the developer's website and are subject to final approvals. Possession dates are as per the WBRERA registration of each phase.
